  8. Napsterminator(tm) is the ultimate tool to control who is using Napster. 
  9. Napsterminator offers the ability to control when and how people use Napster thus making your 
  10. network faster and more secure from less downloads. The administrator can totally lock down 
  11. Napster or require a password to open it. Napsterminator also offers the ability to log users 
  12. that try and open it. To enter Napsterminator, you customize what and how many combinations 
  13. you need to enter. You also have complete control of the visibility Napsterminator has on your 
  14. taskbar. You create your own series of personal passwords to make Napsterminator(tm) impenetrable.

  16. You can try Napsterminator(tm) with no fear as it doesn't change any system 
  17. configuration. If you decide not to use it, it has an uninstall feature that removes 
  18. it completely from your machine!

  20. Napsterminator(tm) doesn't install any special device driver. 
  21. It performs it's functions by using the standard features 
  22. provided by the operating system. This makes Napsterminator very reliable 
  23. and trustworthy. It won't mess up the system and it's compatible with all the 
  24. standard Windows installations.

  26. When you order any product from Tropical Software, you receive a "Registration Code"
  27. that works in combination with your name that Activates any demo program you download.

  29. To Install the Napsterminator, run the "napsterm.exe" in the directory you downloaded it to.

  31. To uninstall Napsterminator, enter the Settings screen and press the 
  32. Uninstall Napsterminator button.

  41. for evaluation at no charge. It can be freely distributed provided 
  42. that none of its files is deleted or modified and that no charges 
  43. are incurred.

  46. Tropical Software hereby disclaims all warranties and guarantees
  47. regarding the use, or the results of use, of Napsterminator
  48. in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.

  50. consequential, direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to
  51. damages for loss of profits, business interruption and loss of
  52. information resulting from the correct or otherwise use of Stealth file 
  53. Encryption even if Tropical Software has been advised of the
  54. possibility of such damages.

  57. read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to be bound
  58. by it's terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited
  59. warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement
  60. between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior
  61. agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between
  62. the parties relating to the subject matter of the
  63. Limited warranty.
